Chicken and Risotto Station: grilled springer mountain chicken breast paired with saffron risotto, and a side of broccolini

Classic Carving Station: seared beef tenderloin, horseradish cream sauce, honey dijon with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

Martini Bar: shrimp and grits and mac n cheese; with or without lobster.
