Kayla and Alex met while both attending school at the University of Arkansas. Kayla went to a University of Arkansas Rugby game and spotted Alex. She was determined to get Alex's attention after the game, but Alex was completely unaware. Feeling defeated she realized she was going to need to be more direct. She told one of Alex's teammates that he needed to set up an introduction :)
