We all know how logistics can get confusing, stressful, and overwhelming!

That’s why we have enlisted the help of a Sandals & Beaches Resorts Club Specialist to work as a Travel Planner for the convenience of all our guest! Our goal is to make the journey for you and your family to our Wedding on the white sand beaches of Turks & Caicos as seamless and easy as possible.

Georgiann Jaworskyj of Custom Travel Services will be the main point of contact to handle everything from the RVSP to our wedding, Room Reservations and Airfare.

Unlike a typical wedding, you will have noticed we have not included a traditional RSVP with your invitations. The reasoning behind this is because your RSVP will be noted once you begin the process of reserving your room.

This will be done by Contacting Georgiann Jaworskyj at georgiann@customtravelservices.com or 856 663 0444 to put a $400 deposit on your room which is being asked to be done before April 1st, 2025. Once the deposit is received this will notify us and the wedding planning team of your attendance.

An additional benefit of the route we have chosen to take gives you all an option to pay for your trip in full or in increments within a 7 month period.

Final payment will need to be received by November 1st, 2025.

In addition to room reservations, Georgiann will also assist in booking your flights and complementary round trip transportation to/from the resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms in anticipation of your presence. In deciding how to approach this situation we had decided to book the Caribbean Deluxe rooms with the option to upgrade/change at your discretion.

Prices for the Caribbean Deluxe Rooms:

3 nights - $1942 per person

4 nights - $2614 per person

Children ages 2-14 are $202.50 for 3 nights and $270 for 4 nights.

Please feel free to staying longer as we will be enjoying our time there from 2/4 – 2/11!
