We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our special day, semi-formal required. We want it to be a balance between elegant and comfortability as the ceremony is outside at the end of August! For the ladies, floor length, tea-length, or midi dresses would be a fitting choice. For gentlemen, this includes a suit, tuxedo, or dress pants with a button down shirt. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or flip-flops!

Formal invitations will be sent out at the beginning of May. The exact day to RSVP will be Monday, July 14th. As you as you get your formal invitation, please RSVP ASAP so we can provide the correct guest count to our vendors.

The ceremony will be outside on the rooftop of Port 393. There is an awning outside where half of the seating will be shaded over, while the other half of the seating is not covered by an awning. Reception will be indoors with the rooftop being open throughout the night.

If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date in which we requested, it will be unfortunately marked as a "No". We will miss having you celebrate our day with us, however, we must provide a total guest count to the venue and our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we are unable to accept late RSVP's. We apologize, but hope you understand!

As we wish we could allow everyone to bring a guest to our wedding, we must stay within our venue's capacity. We can only accomodate those listed on your specific invitation. Your invitation will be made out to {Your Name} & {Name of your Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.

YES! We have three hotels that have reserved hotel blocks for our wedding! Please book your hotel sooner than later if possible so you are guaranteed a room.

Yes! Overnight parking is allowed at the venue if you wish to drive yourself. The main parking lot of Port 393 is quite small, but they are two parking lots right across the street for guests to park at that our owned by Port 393.

Yes! There will be a shuttle that will bring guests from the hotels to the venue, and also a shuttle to bring guests back to the hotels at the end of the night. The shuttle will pick up guests at the Hampton Inn and also at Home2 Suites before the ceremony. The Home2Suites and the Springhill by Marriott share a parking lot so guests at the Marriott are able to walk over to the Home2Suites to jump on the shuttle. There will be pick up times at the end of the night to bring guests back to the hotel locations. A question will appear when RVSP'ing to the wedding if you are planning on utilizing the shuttles. This will help get a good head count of who will be utilizing the shuttle on the wedding day!

Yes! Please let us know on your RSVP form if there are any restrictions to you or your guests food, including allergies, gluten free, etc. All guests will be receiving the same plate unless stated otherwise in the RSVP.

Unfortunately we did not have the capacity at the venue to include all the kiddos we love! If your family includes your children on the formal invitation, your child is invited! Thanks for understanding.
