We recommend flying into Canyonlands Field Airport in Moab or Grand Junction Regional Airport, which is about 1.5 hours away from the Moab area. Reasonable flights are available from many airports with minimal connecting flights.
Salt Lake City International Airport is also an option, but will require a 3.5 hour drive to Moab.
How Soon Can We Book Our Stay?
The Gravity Haus Moab has made our group block available for booking! You can book your stay as soon as you are ready. Our group block closes on September 1st, so please plan accordingly! Please see the "Travel" tab for more details on how to book.
AirBnb and VRBO also allow bookings over a year in advance.
What To Expect At The Wedding?
The Red Earth Venue is an indoor/outdoor venue located on 17-acres of gorgeous red rock desert. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and dinner and dancing will be held indoors with access to an outdoor patio. The bar will be set up outside, so come prepared with a sweater/jacket!
How Far is the Ceremony/Reception from Town?
The Red Earth Venue is located about 15 minutes away from Downtown Moab. A shuttle will be provided to and from the Gravity Haus hotel for any guests who need it. Parking is available at the venue for those who wish to drive.
Getting Around Moab?
Moab is a small town (about 5 sq. miles) and Uber/Lyft will likely not be available. We recommend renting a car so you can explore freely!
What Should I Pack?
Moab is located in a desert climate, with warmer days and cool nights. Pack clothing that you can layer, including sweatshirts and pants for the evenings. Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and any equipment you might need for hiking, biking, climbing, etc!
How Much Time Should I Spend in Moab?
Moab is a unique place that everyone can appreciate! For those looking to sightsee, plan for 2-4 days. For those looking to get outdoors and adventure, you can easily spend 5-7 days exploring!
