^^^This picture was taken right after they met!^^^ April 25th 2016: KAYLA’S SIDE:Kayla had been having a tough week. She decided to go to Cocoa beach with her roommate/good friend Debbie and best friend Michelle in order to cheer herself up. The girls spent the afternoon laying on the beach enjoying the Florida sunshine. Kayla started to get hungry so they decided to look for someplace to eat. The closest place they could find was called The Sandbar. The girls sat down and ordered some food and drinks. In walks the most handsome man Kayla had ever seen. She immediately called “dibs” on him and knew she was going to talk to him that day. He sat down a few tables away from them with his friend while Kayla stared from across the room. After a little while, (and a few beers), Debbie decided she was going to play wing man for the girls and introduced herself to the guys. She ended up bringing them over to the table and the second Kayla and Brenner locked eyes again, the rest was history... BRENNER’S SIDE:Brenner had also been having a rough week. He and his friend decided to go to some bars along the beach and get some drinks. Once they walked into The Sandbar, and he locked eyes on Kayla for the first time, Brenner told his friend that he was going to talk to her that night. They sat at a table across the room, and minutes later one of the girls (drunkenly) comes over to their table and asks the guys if they would like to join them. After a few minutes of small talk with the whole table, Brenner finally introduced himself to Kayla, (and showed her some pictures of his Chrysler Crossfire), and the rest was history... 6 years later, after doing long distance for 4 years, buying a house, moving in together, getting 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 Guinea pigs... on July 3rd 2022: Brenner took Kayla back to the Sandbar where they first met, and walked her down to the beach at sunset where he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.

Victoria is Kayla's younger sister. They have been mistaken for twins their whole lives because of their close age and looks. Victoria has made Kayla the best auntie of 2 amazing nephews, (and one more niece or nephew on the way! Yayy!) Even though they now live in different states, Kayla is so excited to have her be a part of her big day!

Alaina has been friends with Kayla since middle school, over 13 years ago! They graduated from Lake Fenton High School together and even though they live in other states, they make time to travel to Disney together every now and then and have stayed close ever since!

Michelle and Kayla met through a mutual friend their first year of college. They instantly connected on their love for Harry Potter, and had wine and movie nights often. Michelle was there the day Kayla and Brenner met and they are so happy to have her stand by their side on their wedding day!

Alex and Kayla met back in 2014 on the Disney College Program. They were at a character audition together and were both selected to be performers that day. After helping each other zip up their costumes and practice their monologues, they decided that they would be roommates and have been friends ever since!

Kayla met Angelina back when she was applying for the Disney College Program. They talked online for over a year until Kayla was accepted into the program. After spending their program together, they both moved to Florida permanently and became roommates. They’ve been friends for 9 years now and Kayla can’t wait wait to have Angelina stand by her side!
