What is your wedding theme?

Our theme is a whimsical forest meets garden party! Basically the Twilight movie scene of Edward and Bella in the wildflower meadow hahaha.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at 9:30am, but not before 9:00am because everything will still be getting set up. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 10:30am, we kindly ask for your early arrival because we are planning a photo guestbook and want to ensure every party is photographed and able to sign. There will be food and coffee/tea available upon your arrival.

What should I wear?

Although this is a brunch wedding, we kindly ask that everyone please dress nicely for our photos. However, please bring comfortable shoes as there will dancing! For the women: spring time colors, flowy dresses, florals, etc. For the men: natural earthy colors, semi formal attire, lightweight solid colored fabrics, etc. * PLEASE NO JEANS, GRAPHIC T SHIRTS, SHORTS, OR WHITE CLOTHES *

When do I have to RSVP by?

Please RSVP through this website for you and your family by February 22nd 2025.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately we are on a very tight budget and want our wedding to be an intimate event, so we are unable to accomodate plus ones.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Yes, we do! However, it is a bit nontraditional in that we’re doing a honeymoon/home fund. Please visit https://www.honeyfund.com/site/kaylaandjuan2025 to learn more 🤍

Is the wedding venue outdoors?

Yes, our venue is almost fully outdoors. We will be providing a few standing umbrellas for shade.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is a fairly large free parking lot, but we still recommend carpooling for convenience.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, all we ask is that you indicate that you’ll be bringing your child/children on your RSVP :)

What food will be served?

We will be offering a wide selection of breakfast and brunch foods, juices, made to order custom omelettes, waffles, bacon, and there will be cake at the end.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, we will be providing a selection of wine and beer as well as mimosas. There will be no hard alcohol because it is not allowed by our venue.

What if I’m running late?

We understand our ceremony is early, but unfortunately we will not be allowing anyone into the venue until after the ceremony once our procession has begun. This is to ensure everyone (including the bride and groom) is distraction free and present for this special moment.

Can I take photos?

We kindly ask that you do not have your phone out during the ceremony, and do not take any flash photographs until later into the reception after our photographer has left. Flash from phones interferes with our photographer’s camera and prevents her from capturing more photos for us.

Can I get prints of the photos taken?

Yes! Just ask Kayla or Juan, we will have an online album available once our photographer has finished preparing the photos. We will be able to print whichever photos you would like.

Who do I contact if I have more questions?

Please contact Kayla (562)-370-8468 or Juan (562)-413-4856
