SHUTTLE SERVICE

Shuttle service will be provided the day of the wedding. We will have a shuttle pick up guests in front of the Best Western in Hood River (1108 E Marina Dr, Hood River, OR 97031). The first shuttle will start loading at 2:20pm and the second shuttle will start loading at 3:20pm. There will also be shuttles going back to the Best Western after the reception. The first shuttle will begin to load up in the Tin Roof Barn parking lot at 9:45pm and a second shuttle at 10:45pm. If you have any interest in going to the after party, we will have the second shuttle take guests from the Best Western to the After Party location (Lodge 902).

DRIVING

If you wish to drive your personal vehicle to the venue, there is ample parking to do so. However, please be aware that the roads leading to the venue are narrow, curvy, and very dark at night. Furthermore, depending on where you are lodging, you will have to cross the Hood River Bridge. Please use due diligence and stay safe if you pick this option.

LODGING

We have several options for lodging for the event. The Ruby June Inn and Lodge 902 are reserved for the nights of June 21st and 22nd.

This small, quiet bed and breakfast is located 1.5 miles from the venue. We have reserved all 5 rooms for guests for the nights of June 21st and 22nd. Please contact Chris or Kayla if you would like to stay at the inn. Due to its proximity, priority will be given to the elderly and those will small children.

2. LODGE 902

902 Oak Street, Hood River, OR 97031

Those who have attended Chris' brothers weddings or other weddings in Hood River are by now very familiar with this location. To you we say, welcome back! And to newcomers, welcome! Lodge 902 is large house on the edge of downtown Hood River boasting 8 rooms and the ability to sleep up to 24 people. This is where the afterparty will be hosted after completion of the wedding. It's a very fun place. Friends of the couple are encouraged to reach out to one of use to reserve a room. The house is booked for the nights of June 21st and 22nd.

3. Best Western, Hood River

The Hood River Best Western is located on the waterfront of the Columbia River. The rooms are modern and the outdoor pool and hot tub are brand new. The hotel also has one of the best restaurants in Hood River on property as well as a bar. Guests who are not staying in the previous two locations are highly encouraged to reserve a room at this location. This is where the shuttle will pick up and drop off guests. Please reach out to the hotel directly to reserve.

Also be aware that you will be responsible for your own transportation either to the parking lot of the Best Western to get on the shuttle, or directly to the wedding venue.
