Kayla & Sal’s journey together started September 1, 2018. Kayla moved to Sioux City, Iowa from Taylor, Michigan. Sal and Kayla had their first date where they walked around Bacon Creek Trail, ate at a restaurant Kayla had never been to, went to the theater to see a horror movie, and ended the night driving around talking to each other. Ever since that night Sal and Kayla have been inseparable. They moved into their house in May of 2019 where they have created a beautiful home together. Since then, they have gone on many adventures together and decided they never want to go on these adventures with anyone but each other for the rest of their lives. During the beautiful evening of September 1, 2023, Sal and Kayla’s 5th anniversary, Sal proposed on the Riverfront Trail after taking Kayla to her favorite restaurant to eat. Now, they are more than excited to become Mr. and Mrs.
