Sean and Kayla’s love story began in 2015, rooted in a deep friendship that blossomed into something neither of them could have imagined. On a chilly January evening, after watching American Sniper, Sean asked Kayla to be his girlfriend—right in the driveway of his childhood home.After high school, their journey continued long-distance for five years as they pursued their college degrees in separate cities. Though the distance was challenging, they remained committed, talking every day and growing even closer. As the saying goes, “distance makes the heart grow fonder.”On the day they both graduated college, Kayla packed her car and made the move to Raleigh, North Carolina, to finally be with Sean. Since 2021, they’ve built a life together in Raleigh, along with their beloved fur baby, Tuffy.Now, they’re thrilled to begin their next adventure—marriage—and can’t wait for all that the future holds.

We’ve decided to keep things simple and meaningful by surrounding ourselves with the people who have been part of our story from the very beginning. Our wedding party will be made up of our siblings—the ones who’ve been there through every chapter and who we love with all our hearts. It feels perfect to celebrate this day with Kayla’s sister Julia and her brother Brian, alongside Sean’s brothers Andrew and Michael. Having the family who has been by our side since day one standing with us as we start this new chapter is truly a dream come true.
