Please try to book your flight at least 2 months before the wedding - you may find booking flights during off season will give you more affordable results. *Please make note of your "arrival" date because many flights have layovers and the time change may push out your arrival by 1 day.*

We suggest that you plan to have a hotel or villa set up in Perugia at least by 7/16 *one day ahead of the wedding day*- that way you can be close by and relaxed about getting to and from the venue for the day of 7/17.

We will be organizing transportation to and from the wedding venue for the day of the wedding. If you choose to stay at a location that is more remote, we will help with organizing a taxi service (Ubers and lyft rides are not available.)

we have a list of great options for lodging while you are in Umbria for our wedding day - we highly recommend coordinating with others to book another villa option to have a luxurious experience at an affordable price; otherwise, the hotels are in the heart of Perugia which is a magical little city with lots to offer and with easy access to the wedding venue.

We want you to be comfortable since it will be almost mid summer in Italy- we will be located in a vineyard, so the temperature will be a bit cooler than other places. Feel free to wear lighter colors and breathable materials. The dress code is "dressy-casual."

If you are staying in the city of Perugia for about a week, I would suggest pairing with other guests in a villa; however, if you only plan to stay about 2 nights in Perugia- a hotel or airbnb will be your best option.
