Brandon and Kayla first met on December 21, 2019 at their best friends' wedding (thanks Haley and Andrew!) Brandon was a groomsman and Kayla was a bridesmaid.

Brandon first noticed Kayla moments before the ceremony began as she helped the bride enter the chapel. His immediate thoughts were "WOAH! Who is that cute girl in the rose gold dress?!” Meanwhile, Kayla was so busy trying to help the bride that she had no time to check out the best looking groomsman of the bunch.

As the night went on, Brandon was too nervous to approach Kayla and introduce himself. He finally saw his prime opportunity at the very end of the night when they were helping clean up the venue after the reception. As they cleaned the tables, Kayla realized she was missing her Texas A&M rally towel from the bride and groom's exit. That is when Brandon worked up the courage to offer Kayla his rally towel. This sparked a conversation between the two and gave Brandon a reason to start following her on Instagram (wink wink).
