Our wedding celebration will take place at the Vinterra Event Venue. The ceremony will be on the lawn in the back of the venue by the water with the cocktail hour to follow. The reception will take place inside the venue with dinner, cake, and a live band. We will end the night with a firework display and bubble grand exit.

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM CST. Our musicians will begin our prelude selection 30 minutes prior to our start time. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to assure you do not miss anything and allow us to begin on time. If arrival is after 5:05, you will be asked to wait to join the fun until cocktail hour.

We want everyone to enjoy their evening safely! Vinterra has ample parking in front of the venue, and our guests are allowed to leave their vehicles overnight. Please make sure to pick up any vehicles left in the parking area by 9:00 AM Sunday morning. For all our guests, we recommend making arrangements such as Uber, Lyft, or a local car service for transportation back to your hotel or rental accommodations.

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to make our event adults only with the exception of immediate family. We encourage parents to use this evening as a date night!

As we are having a pre-set seating arrangement, we are not able to accommodate extra guests that have not been formally invited to our wedding. If you have a plus one, it will be listed on your RSVP for name entry on our website. Thank you for understanding!

We kindly request you RSVP by May 8th, 2024. This is a set deadline in order to conduct an accurate headcount to ensure our day goes smoothly. If you cannot attend, we will miss you and would appreciate you letting us know at your earliest convenience. Those who do not RSVP by May 8th, 2024 will be assumed that they regrettably cannot make our event.
