Matthew and Kayla met at a Young Single Adults church meeting while Matthew was stationed on Camp Pendleton, finishing his Marine Corps service. Their first date was sitting in a booth at the back of The Hat restaurant talking for hours over chili cheese fries. Following their long distance relationship between California and Illinois, Matthew served his mission in Argentina. Upon returning honorably and faithfully from his service, Matthew proposed to Kayla. They are thrilled to celebrate their matrimony with all of their close family and friends!
