The wedding will be on September 27th, 2024 at 5:30pm. It will be held at Steamboat Ski Resort at the top of the Gondola on the Thunderhead lawn and inside the lodge at the Champagne Powder Room.

Guests should arrive at 5:00pm to load the gondola, the ceremony will start at 5:30pm.

Guests have to start loading the gondola to the base of the ski resort at 11:59pm.

Load the gondola at 5:00pm, ceremony is from 5:30pm - 6:00pm. Cocktail hour is 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Dinner will be at 7:00pm. Last call is at 11:00pm. Load the gondola back to the base at 11:59pm.

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors.

The temperature at the end of September ranges anywhere from 50 - 80 degrees. There could be a chance of rain or snow so be prepared and check the weather the week before to plan accordingly.

We would like everyone to dress in formal attire.

Yes, the wedding is child-friendly and all children will be added to the guest list.

Yes, we will have a vegetarian/ vegan option.

There are many condos on Airbnb within walking distance to the venue. If you stay elsewhere, there is a free bus system throughout town that runs until 2:00am. There are a limited amount of Ubers and Lyfts in town.

There is a free parking lot across the street from the resort, called the Knoll lot. Or there are three paid parking garages at the base of the ski resort.

Yampa Valley Regional Airport is the closest airport and is about a 30-minute drive from Steamboat.

Denver International Airport will be the cheapest place to fly in to and is about a 2 1/2 hour drive to Steamboat.

The closest place to the ski resort is the Sheraton Steamboat. You can also find an Airbnb near the ski resort if you wish. Cheapest options would be Holiday Inn, La Quinta, Quality Inn, or the Rabbit Ears Motel.
