What date should I RSVP by?
If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your save the date, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before June 1st, 2026. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates. Please note that a seat and meal will not be provided to those who do not RSVP by the deadline.
Where do I make my meal selection for dinner?
Please stay tuned for updates. Our venue does not allow for us to select the menu until the beginning of 2026. Once our menu is selected we will communicate the options with our guests. If you have any dietary restrictions, please note it in the short answer section under the RSVP tab.
How should I prepare for travel to Colorado?
Colorado is a high altitude state! Denver is situated at 5,280 feet above sea level. We recommend guests do the following to prepare for their trip: 1) Drink water! We recommend drinking at least 64 ounces of water to stay hydrated. Small amounts of salt can be added to help with hydration 2) Watch the alcohol! While drinking is acceptable, drinking at altitude will have a greater impact on you. We recommend not drinking 24-48 hours in advance of your travel and limited consumption of alcohol in the first 24-36 hours after arriving. 4) Make sure you eat - ideally some protein! Food helps. 5) Try and get plenty of rest at night to help adjust to the time difference, as Denver is two hours behind the Eastern Time Zone. 6) Check the weather! While the wedding will be in July, weather can vary in Colorado and it is not uncommon to have brief rainstorms. We recommend bringing layers you can add or remove based on changing weather conditions.
What is the weather like in Colorado during July?
In Colorado, July is typically warm, with temperatures varying depending on the region and elevation. In lower elevation areas like Denver or Littleton, daytime temperatures usually range from 80°F to 95°F (27°C to 35°C). However, in higher elevation locations, such as the Rocky Mountains, temperatures can be cooler, with highs between 60°F and 75°F (16°C to 24°C). Even though it’s summer, Colorado's weather can be unpredictable, so brief afternoon showers or thunderstorms are common, particularly in mountainous areas.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Although we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding and reception an adults-only event for guests aged 16 and older due to seating capacity. We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of state, so we’ve arranged for babysitters to be available in a separate building adjacent to the reception hall for children under 16 years of age. Food and refreshments will be provided at this separate location for the children. An exception to this rule applies only to our bridal party and a few immediate family members. We hope this allows you to fully enjoy the celebration, and we truly appreciate your understanding and thank you for making arrangements in advance!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. If a plus one is not listed, we kindly ask that you attend solo, as we have limited space. We appreciate your understanding.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We’ve opted not to reserve a block of rooms at a hotel to allow our guests the flexibility to choose accommodations that best suit their individual preferences and budgets. However, we have recommended a number of options under the travel section of our website to make the booking process as seamless as possible for everyone.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
The Manor House offers onsite parking with plenty of spaces available to accommodate all of our guests.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we have hired a professional photographer to capture those special moments. However, we welcome you to take photos during the reception and other parts of the celebration. Thank you for your understanding!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors. For the cocktail hour, we offer both indoor and outdoor areas for guests to enjoy.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
We would love for our guests to get dressed up in formal attire with us! We do ask that no guests wear white dresses, or colors that closely resemble white, as this color is reserved for the bride. We encourage ladies to wear formal, non-white, floor-length or midi dresses. Gentlemen are encouraged to opt for slacks and a button down, or a suit. We encourage you to dress comfortably yet elegantly to match the festive atmosphere!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Thank you so much for your thoughtful gesture! For your convenience, our registry is linked with our address, and gifts can be sent directly to our home. If you would like to bring a card to our wedding day, we will have a designated card box at the venue for your convenience.
Will there be an open bar?
Of course! We ask that all guests please drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Since Denver is at a higher altitude than sea level, the effects of alcohol may be felt more quickly, so please take extra care. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!
I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to either Kayla or Sebastian by text or email. Our joint email skserafin26@gmail.com. We’re happy to assist and look forward to celebrating with you!
