Where will the ceremony & reception be?
The ceremony and reception will be held at Belhurst Castle, 4069 W. Lake Road, Geneva, NY 1456.
Is there parking at the venue.
There is free parking available at the venue.
What time is the Ceremony?
The Ceremony starts at 3pm with the reception immediately after in the Castle Ballroom.
What is the dress code?
Black tie optional. We kindly request that guests do not wear jeans or casual attire, as we want to maintain the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere of the event.
What weather should I expect?
Of course, we can’t guarantee anything, but we are on a lake and in New York! The ceremony will be outside unless it rains. At that point the ceremony will be moved indoors.
How to RSVP?
We sure hope you’ll be able to join us for our special day. With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that you can fill out and return, or feel free to click here (theknot.com/kaylawagnerandkylekohler) and let us know your plans right here on our website.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by April, 16th. If you RSVP and need to amend it you can do that up to April 16th as well.
Can I bring my children or a plus one?
We have decided to only allow a select few guests a plus one and only a select few children at the ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding in the matter.
Is there a hotel block for guests?
There is a hotel block at Lakefront Hotel, 41 Lake Front Dr., Geneva, NY 14456. ***Ask to speak directly to the hotel instead of the 3rd party registration ream***There is a two day stay requirement (15th & 16th) with this block. The link to the hotel can be found with others under the travel section of our website.
Will there be an open bar?
There will be a limited open bar. Once the amount we put on the open bar is exhausted it will turn into a cash bar. If you want any upgrades it will be your responsibility to pay the difference.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #kohlerwedding2026 so we can see them, too!
