Yes children are allowed to our big day! We ask that you please make it clear on your RSVP who will all be attending in your party.

There is ample parking area. Guests will be escorted to the ceremony by golf cart if they wish. Safety is always first and vehicles can remain overnight if needed to ensure that the driver gets home safely. All vehicles must be removed by NOON the next day (noon on 10/5/2024)!!

Yes! We will have a 45 passenger party bus that will be running shuttle runs back to the hotel at the end of the night! 1st shuttle: 8:30 pm, 2nd shuttle: 9:30 pm, 3rd shuttle: 10:30 pm (The 3rd shuttle will have limited seating as most of the seats are reserved for the wedding party!) If taking the shuttle, please remember to get your car by noon from the venue! Also, remember to please tip the driver to thank them for the safe ride home!

We ask that no personal devices are used to take any photography during the wedding ceremony unless approved prior by the bride or groom. We paid good $ for our wedding photographer so we will put her to work instead!

Yes! We made sure we picked a venue that all of our guests would be able to enjoy. Golf carts are available for transportation to the ceremony and handicap accessible bathrooms are located inside the barn!

Unfortunately we have limited capacity and we have allocated for all guests at this time. Only those listed on the RSVP will be able to attend.

Barnes' Place is a smoke free facility and smoking is not permitted on the property or grounds. We ask that everyone please respects this rule as we will be liable to pay fee's if not followed!

HELL YES! Enjoy a cocktail (or two) on us and don't forget to tip your bartender well! Unfortunately, no shots or outside drinks are allowed at Barnes' Place.

Last call is at 10 pm & last song will be played at 10:15 pm. All guests must be off the property by 11 pm sharp! We wish we could party with you all night long but rules are rules!
