When should guests begin to arrive?
Guests should begin to arrive at 4:30pm. The ceremony will start at 5pm.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and following cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held inside afterwards.
What happens after the ceremony?
There will be a cocktail hour with an open bar following the ceremony. Guests will then proceed inside for dinner and the reception once cocktail hour ends.
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
There is a parking lot for 20 cars with ample free street parking surrounding the venue.
Are kids welcome?
Yes!
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Unfortunately, guests will be responsible for booking their own accommodations.
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
The RSVP deadline is July 25th. We prefer for guests to mail back the RSVP but if need be guests can email us them at brettrmayfield@gmail.com.
Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
There will be an open bar for cocktail hour and the reception. Appetizers will be served during cocktail hour followed by a main course during the reception.
Will there be any vegan/vegetarian options?
Yes, there will be a vegan option for an appetizer during cocktail hour and for the main course.
