When should I RSVP by?
We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP no later than December 20th, 2025. This way we have an accurate guest count to provide the venue with in a timely manner.
What should I wear?
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, and we would love for you to join us in semi-formal attire for the evening. Considering the season and Oxford’s weather, suits and dresses below the knee are most fitting. While this isn’t a black-tie event, we hope for a touch more elegance than everyday “church” clothes.
What colors can I wear?
Please stay away from green as the bridal party is wearing that color. Anything else is fine! Don’t wear white!!
What not to wear?
In keeping with the dress code, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing baseball hats, jeans, khakis, dresses above the knee, or white dresses.
If there’s more white than the other color…it’s a white dress :)
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony is slated to start at 5pm cst. We ask you arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior.
Where should I park?
There is ample parking on site, but for larger groups we ask that you try and carpool to avoid congestion while leaving. Uber & LYFT are also available and reputable in Oxford.
Will there be dinner?
Dinner will be served following the ceremony during the reception. We’ve curated a thoughtful menu with a variety of flavorful offerings to complement the evening and keep the celebration going. To ensure you enjoy the full experience of the night, we kindly suggest not arriving on an empty stomach.
What style bar?
For the evening, there will be a bar! Options will include domestic beers, house wine, and white claw seltzers.
Can I bring my children?
While we love the kids, unless specified on your invitation, we kindly ask that you take the night for yourself and enjoy a kid free evening.
Can I bring my home boy?
Unless stated in your invitation, your homie and any additional guests will not be able to attend as we must give the venue a specific head count in advance.
Where should gifts be brought?
We are beyond grateful for any gifts received. We kindly ask that you have the items shipped to the address in the registry prompt. We will have a small gift & card table at the venue for those that cannot ship items.
Can I take photos?
During the ceremony we ask that you refrain from taking pictures as we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We have a professional photography team that will be taking pictures through out the evening. As for the reception, we would love to see the night through your eyes!
