Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelop or on the wedding website when you RSVP. We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure that folks will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding. If someone on you're invite cannot make it, please do not invite someone else in their place.

We love your little ones - However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in our wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night.

Please kindly RSVP by May 6, 2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those who do not RSVP by May 6, 2024 - We are so sorry you cannot make it. If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we send out final headcount to the vendors shortly after this deadline.

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 2:00pm, we recommend guest arrive at 1:20-1:30pm so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happened, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception.

As mentioned on the registry tab, your presence is the best gift we can ask for. Although if you're wanting to get us a gift we'd greatly appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon.

We can't wait to party with you on our special day! Dinner is on us, but unfortunately, we will not be hosting an open bar. Please bring cash so you can enjoy the bar.

Our ceremony will be an 'Unplugged Ceremony' meaning we ask our guests not to take photos during the ceremony. We want our guests to be in the moment and enjoy the ceremony. We will have professional photographers there to capture our special moments.

The dress code is semi-formal, dressy casual, and cocktail. No jeans, please. The ceremony and cocktail hour are placed outdoors. The reception take place outdoors in an open 1980's barn. Please dress accordingly to the weather. Ladies, the ceremony takes place on uneven grass. It's recommended to wear platforms, block heels or flats.

There is ample room for parking at the venue. Vehicles left over night at the venue have to be picked up by noon on Sunday. Please do not drink and drive, there will be a shuttle available to transport guest to local (Parksville & Qualicum) destinations.

We have hired a shuttle to transports guests from the venue to local (Parksville & Qualicum) destinations at the end of the evening. The shuttle will be arriving at the venue at 9:30pm. The last shuttle will leave the venue at 12:45. Any guest needing transportation outside of Parksville/Qualicum will have to call a cab.

The ceremony will take place outdoors. However, the reception will take place in a covered barn.
