If you'll be joining us from out-of-town, we recommend flying into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Another option is Paine Field (PAE), but flights into/out of it are more limited. Both are roughly 1 hour from the venue.

For the convenience of our out-of-town guests, we have reserved twelve rooms at Snoqualmie Inn. The venue is only 15 minutes away, and a complimentary shuttle will be available to take you there. It will also be available throughout the evening (roughly every half hour) to take you back.

Six of the rooms are King Standards and six are Double Queen Standards. The rate for both room types is $342/night (normally $389/night).

A few notes:

- Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis (but we should be able to block off more if needed).

- Reservations must be made by May 17th.

- Don't forget to use our group code (AHWD12) in order to receive the discounted rate.
