Matt and I started out as friends, while my dad was his basketball coach and I was taking the statistics for the team. We talked on the landline phone for hours, sometimes tell we fell asleep. We got to know each other and then started to go on dates. Once or twice ;) he asked me to be his girlfriend and I politely declined wanting to stay best friends. Until I realized he was the guy for me and asked him to be my boyfriend on August 18th 2018. 
Fast forward 4 years and we are happily starting our lives in Kalispell with our pup Lana. Matt with a great job and me attending college for a bachelors degree in elementary education. On February 23rd 2022 he asked me to marry him. I said yes! There wasn’t a doubt in my mind.
