Rooms must be booked for a minimum of 3 nights between the dates of January 15th - January 23rd, 2025.
Resort Transportation
Transportation to and from the airport is arranged through the resorts preferred provider, Seasons Tours.
Upon arrival in Punta Cana International airport, please proceed through immigration, baggage claim and customs. Have your transfer confirmation number available (this should be in your email either directly from Seasons Tours or on your travel itinerary).
ARRIVALS IN TERMINAL A - Once outside the customs area, please make your way towards the EXIT and look for COUNTER 17, which can be identified by the SEASONS TRANSFERS, EXCELLENCE RESORTS, and FINEST RESORTS logos displayed on the flat screen at the back of the welcome desk. SEASONS TRANSFERS personnel will be there to greet you and direct you to your car.
ARRIVALS IN TERMINAL B - Please make your way towards the EXIT and look for COUNTER 15, which can be identified by the SEASONS TRANSFERS, EXCELLENCE RESORTS, and FINEST RESORTS logos displayed on the flat screen at the back of the welcome desk. SEASONS TRANSFERS personnel will be there to greet you and direct you to your car.
Please disregard anybody that tries to offer you alternate transportation. Seasons Tours will never ask you to pay cash to airport staff or drivers.
DEPARTURE TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS
The pickup time on your return date will be three hours before your scheduled flight departure time. Nevertheless, please confirm this information with your hotel concierge or Seasons Tours representative once you arrive at the resort.
