Jarrett and I met for the first time in March of 2023. One of my friends introduced me to Jarrett and she planned an out-of-town double date. After that we planned another double date with our friends to the Tractor Pull at ABAC in Tifton. My sister, Addie and her husband, Chance were also there. After we all left that night, Addie expressed to me that she really liked Jarrett. Our third date was on Jarrett's 21st birthday and he got the ultimate birthday gift! He asked me to be his girlfriend and of course I said YES! When I say the rest was history, IT WAS HISTORY! We have been inseparable ever since. Fast forward to December 13th, 2024, Jarrett and I planned our annual St.Augustine trip. We love to go every year to look at the Christmas lights. Jarrett and I walked down to the Fort in St.Augustine after looking at all of the beautiful lights and I could tell that he was a tad bit nervous, but I just brushed it off. It wasn't too long, and he got down on one knee. My heart dropped; I could not believe it! My dream was coming true! Although Jarrett and I lived 45 minutes apart, we didn't let that stop us. Jarrett has such a kind, caring and loving heart. I know without a doubt that he will be by my side no matter where this life takes us. He is my answered prayer.
