The ceremony will take place outdoors, but the reception will be inside the barn at the venue. The ceremony can be moved indoors if rain or inclement weather is present!

Cocktail or semi-formal! We want you to be comfortable and confident. November in Florida can be hit or miss for weather (highs around 80, lows around 60), so plan accordingly and check the weather app before packing your bags!

Your invitation will indicate the number of guests invited under your name (ex.: Vaughn- 4 guests, etc.). If you have questions, please reach out.

Please reach out to us if you plan on bringing or want to bring your kids! We do not have them on the RSVP list due to capacity concerns with the venue, but if you feel that babysitting is not an option, we can definitely discuss and plan to have them there!

We plan on serving BBQ and classic BBQ sides (coleslaw, mac n cheese, etc). We love BBQ. If you have dietary restrictions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss possible accommodation options.

There will be a selection of beer, wine, and three signature drinks chosen by Kaylee and Ryan.

We would love for you to take photos and videos during cocktail hour and at the reception, but please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. The photographers and videographers are there for a reason, and we will be more than happy to share them when we receive them back. We want you to enjoy the ceremony with us without the distraction of phones and thank you for your cooperation.
