We are high school sweethearts! Although we'd always known of each other, it wasn't until the end of our junior year of high school that we started seeing each other! It's all thanks to our best friend, Trevor, for putting the idea of Ethan in Kaylee's head (she was hoping he'd ask her to Prom...no luck, haha) and then encouraging Ethan to ask her out. Our first date was June 1st, 2019 (FINALLY). Ethan called Kaylee on her way home from work and asked her if she wanted to go out for ice cream. Kaylee obviously said yes. We went to Rick's Ice Cream, while Trevor was third-wheeling because he and Ethan were already hanging out, and Ethan and I were so nervous to talk to each other. The rest is practically history! We've been inseparable ever since. Although we even broke up for a whole month to go to college, we just couldn't stay apart! Ethan went to SMCC for fire science and started as a career firefighter in December of 2021. Kaylee went to UNE for her BSN. We moved in together in May of 2022. Got our golden retriever, Maverick, in December of 2022. We got engaged in April of 2024. Kaylee graduated and became a nurse in May/June of 2024. Got our cat, Pickles, in August of 2024. Moved into our Condo in December of 2024! Ethan graduated from Paramedic school in June of 2025! We've been enjoying our engagement, planning our wedding, and working like crazy in 2025! We can't wait to become husband and wife in 2026 and see what else it has in store for us!
