All wedding events will be taking place WillowBrook Weddings.

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and a tie. NO jeans please!

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. We encourage guests to use this evening as a date night!

If your guest name is listed on your invite when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.

Pending weather, our ceremony will be outdoors. Our reception will begin indoors and then moved outdoors weather permitting.

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotels and the venue. However, if you are not staying at the hotel, you can drive and park in the large parking lot located in front of the venue. Please see the “shuttles and accommodations” tab for more information.

Rooms at the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express located in Grove City have been blocked off for guests. These hotels are located next to one another and are 9 minutes away from the venue. Please see the "shuttles and accommodations" tab if you choose to book a room.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We kindly request that you arrive at 3:30pm for our 4:00pm ceremony.

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present when we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Following the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like.

Dinner will be served family style. The menu items will include a tossed salad, dinner rolls, steak, chicken, mashed potatoes and a vegetable. Wedding cake and a Pittsburgh cookie table will be provided for dessert.

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate!

Bridesmaids will be wearing sage green dresses and groomsmen will be wearing gray suits.
