<p>Kaylees POV:<br>Our story began back in the spring of 2019 while we were both attending ETSU and working at Carrabbas. If you ask Damian, he says we met one evening when I was serving trying to do my closing duties and leave for the night. Damian was working back of house and apparently I asked him where the trash bags were. Fast forward to the next day, we both happened to be taking the same computer technology class at ETSU and Damian sits beside me on the first day. He looked familiar, so I asked him if we had met before and he proceeded to tell me that we met briefly last night at work. Fast forward through the semester, we wound up exchanging phone numbers and often staying after class to talk. He would bring me free food from work quite often (if you know me, you know that food is most definitely the way to my heart). Eventually that summer we started hanging out and he introduced me to his friends. Funny story about the first time I was with Damian and most of his friends in a group setting, we were all swimming at his apartment pool and all had quite a few drinks at this point. Damian and I were talking and he just blurts out Im going to marry you one day in front of most everyone. I just laughed and was like okay, youre cut off. Even funnier, he didnt remember saying that to me until some of his buddies reminded him the next day. He was so embarrassed and wound up texting me and apologizing. Looking back maybe I should have been a little weirded out by this, but I found it endearing and sweet. How ironic that now 5 years later you all are all reading the story of how we met on our wedding website?!? He wound up asking me to be his girlfriend in December of 2019, and the rest is history! We cant wait for you all to share this experience with us as we tie the knot and say I Do!.</p>
