We first met at Oxford Bible Fellowship, a church in Oxford, OH, during the fall of 2020. It was the first weekend we were on campus at Miami University as freshmen. Kaylee casually invited Ayo to breakfast after church with a group of friends, which he declined. Thankfully, that's not where our story ended!

Over the next couple of years, we crossed paths several times, especially within our campus ministry, Cru, until we became very good friends. Our sophomore year of college (2021-2022) was one of growth in our friendship and spending time together.

During the summer of 2022, we spent time apart with minimal contact. Kaylee was backpacking in Alaska while Ayo was in Columbus, OH.

We reconnected in the fall of 2022 and after a summer of much-needed personal growth with the Lord on both ends, we started dating officially on October 12, 2022.

And the rest is history! We knew very early on that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together and have been patiently seeking and trusting the Lord's timing every step of the way.

In our free time, we love going outside to go running, hiking, and fishing. We also enjoy coffee dates every weekend to find fun coffee shops and chat about the week. Our faith in Jesus Christ is very important to us and is the foundation that our relationship is built on.

We currently live in Hilliard, OH. We both work full-time and are blessed with a great church family. We love serving the youth ministry and are honored to lead 9th-grade small groups.

Thank you to everyone who has given us advice, prayed for us, and supported us in our journey. We thank God for each one of you and are very excited to celebrate the beginning of our marriage with you!
