To help is with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 30th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to count you as "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand, and we appreciate your prompt responses!

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be specifically listed as "& Guest" on the envelope of your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults.

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you to be present with us in the moment and respectful of the church's guidelines. We have a professional videographer and photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! We would love for you to capture the moment and share as many photos and videos from the say that you would like.

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Black tie wedding attire is preferred for our event. For men, this can include a suit or tux. For women, floor length gowns. No shorts, casual clothing, or white attire, please!

We reserved 20 spots at the parking lot across the street from the church from 2:15pm to 5:15pm. Address: 1119 Washington Blvd, Detroit, 48226. The spots are first come, first serve. We highly recommend carpooling because the parking downtown can be difficult. There are parking lots and street parking for purchase if the pre-paid lot becomes full.

Parking is available and free! However, a park pass has been included in your invitation for entry to the island. Please bring one pass per vehicle in case park personnel request to see it.

We have a shuttle service operating from 10pm to 12:30am. We also have a taxi service available for purchase. If you plan to uber, we recommend scheduling the pick-up ahead of time as it might be difficult to get Ubers off of the island.

The Shuttle can accommodate up to 24 passengers and will take you back to the Cadillac Book Westin Hotel in downtown Detroit. The scheduled pick-up times are 10pm, 10:40pm, 11:20pm, and midnight.
