The ceremony and reception will take place mostly outdoors. During this time of year it can get chilly, ranging from 30 to 60 degrees on average, so we recommend bringing a jacket for later in the evening. There will be outdoor heaters and gas fire pits in the reception area. There is also an indoor space where bathrooms are located inside the coffee shop.

There is a shuttle service that runs from the Denver Airport to Estes Park but transportation services are minimal once you arrive. There are limited Taxi/Uber/Lyft services this time of year in Estes Park. We will be working with the Estes Park Shuttle Service to help transport guests to and from the venue.

Wedding attire will be semi-formal and we would love if you incorporate some warm tones as this is the color inspiration for the wedding! As a reminder, the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so we would recommend longer dresses and sleeves or layers if you are worried about getting chilly. For the ladies, you may want to wear a wider heel, flats, or wedges, as there will be some grass and gravel to walk through.

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any additional guests. Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are only able to allow those named on the invitation. Additionally invited members of your party will be listed in the RSVP form. This will also be the case if you have received a plus one.

There is a parking lot right at the venue when you first enter. You are welcome to park your cars here and are allowed to leave them overnight if needed, as long as they are picked up by 10am the following morning.

Yes, dinner and beverages will be provided after the ceremony.
