Q + A

Do I Get A Plus One?

We are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited. These names are listed in the RSVP section. We want everyone to share in the celebration, and ensure that those in attendance will be surrounded by friendly company. If you have additional questions regarding the attendance of your party, contact the bride or groom.

Can I Bring My Kids?

While we love your littles ones, we have decided on an adults only wedding. Grab a babysitter because this is going to be a night filled with love and laughter.

When Should I RSVP?

Please RSVP online before January 1. Those who do not RSVP by January 1 will be marked as not attending. If you cannot attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at your earliest convenience. If you have issues completing your RSVP, contact the bride or groom to be marked as attending.

What is the Dress Code?

Semi-formal attire is preferred. Keep in mind this is a fun spring wedding. Play around with color and patterns! Ties and jackets optional. No jeans.

Indoors or Outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held inside. The venue does have a small outdoor space for people to enjoy the fresh air.

What is the weather like in Tennessee/Alabama?

Early April 2023 recorded temperatures ranging from the mid 60s to mid 80s during the day. Lows occasionally dropped into the 50s at night. Spring rain showers can be likely.

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

NO! All in attendance will be required to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired a lovely photographer to capture our day. With that being said, phones and cameras are happily welcomed after the ceremony has concluded.

What Airport Should I Fly Into?

Typically, it is cheaper to fly into Nashville than Huntsville. If you are staying in Athens - Decatur area, Huntsville is the closer choice. If you are staying in Lawrenceburg, TN - Florence, AL area - it would be more effective for you to fly into Nashville.

Will There Be A Bar?

Yes! We will be providing beer, wine and cocktails for those who would like a drink. There will be many options to ensure that everyone will have something they enjoy. Water, tea and sodas will also be available.

Don’t want to carry or ship a gift?

As you may know, we bought our home in May 2022. We are slowly making it our own. Upcoming renovations and a new couch are two of our next priorities. We would appreciate any amount or assistance with those. To contribute, Venmo @kayraeallen or PayPal @AMacias107
