Our Story

Kayli and Zach’s love story started in the most unexpected way—at a yoga studio, even though neither of them was there to practice yoga! On October 28, 2018, their paths crossed at Ember Yoga Studio in Downtown Woodstock. Kayli had just come from a sorority Halloween meeting, dressed as a scarecrow complete with face paint, while Zach had tagged along with his roommate Bryce, who wanted to stop by the studio to catch up with old friends. It was there that Kayli and Zach first met. What started as a simple group conversation gradually turned into just the two of them talking, completely lost in their connection.As the night came to a close, Zach asked for Kayli's number and invited her on a date the following Saturday. From that moment, their journey began. Over the years, Kayli and Zach’s love has only grown deeper. They are grateful for the family and friends who have supported their journey, and for their shared faith, which has been the cornerstone of their relationship. They feel incredibly blessed that God brought them together in such a sweet, traditional way, and they can’t wait to start the next chapter of their lives as husband and wife.
