Our Wedding

Kaylie and Griffin met on a dating app in May of 2022. Their first date was at Mckenzie River, a restaurant in Fairfield, OH. Griffin moved in with Kaylie in July 2023 and proposed the next month. He surprised Kaylie with the ring while they were hiking with the dogs in Hocking Hills. Kaylie and Griffin are now living together in Hamilton, OH with their three dogs: Ellie, Rosie, and Juniper; four cats: Winnie, Mushu, Doc, and Albus; and reptiles!

Lillie met Kaylie in kindergarten when they were only 5 years old and they have been best friends ever since! They grew up basically as sisters and have stayed close into adulthood! Lillie lives in Hamilton, OH with her fiance, Gavin.

Abby met Kaylie when she transferred to Badin High School when they were 15 years old and they have been best friends ever since! Abby is an ER nurse and lives in Hamilton with her husband and their 2 dogs, Beefy and Fred, and their cat, Finn!

Karlie is Kaylie's older sister! She is a stay-at-home-mom and lives in Liberty Twp, OH with her husband and their three kids!

Sabrina met Kaylie in medical school at OU HCOM! Sabrina is a student doctor hoping to become a pediatric cardiologist. She lives in Toledo, OH with Colten and their three cats!

Colten met Kaylie in medical school at OU HCOM! He is a student doctor hoping to become a neurologist! He lives in Toledo, OH with Sabrina and their three cats!

Miranda met Kaylie in medical school at OU HCOM. She currently lives in Sandusky, OH and is studying to be a physician.

Sophia is a family friend and Kaylie has known her since she was 3 years old. Sophia lives in NYC with her family and visits the Anstead's often.

Chloe met Kaylie when they were in the same bachelors program at the University of Cincinnati! Chloe is an ER nurse living in Hamilton, OH with her husband, their baby boy, and their three dogs!

Luke is Kaylie and Griffin's 5-year-old nephew. He is in kindergarten and loves cryptids like Bigfoot and yetis.

Zach met Griffin while they were both playing rugby for the Cincinnati Wolfhounds. Zach is an engineer and is living in Cincinnati with his girlfriend, Lauren.

Andy and Griffin met while Griffin was working at Nelsonville Fire Department when him and Kaylie lived in Athens. Andy is still living and working in Nelsonville at the fire station.

William is Griffin's cousin. They have become close in their adult lives and William is studying to become a paleontologist and lives in Florida with his fiance, Isamarie. 

William Montgomery

Chip is Griffin's uncle. He is stonemason and enjoys shooting competitively. He lives in Flushing, Michigan with his wife, Sue.

Jeremy and Griffin played rugby together for the Cincinnati Wolfhounds.

Frank and Griffin played rugby together for the Cincinnati Wolfhounds. Frank is a digital creator living in Cincinnati and still plays rugby for the Hounds.

This charming mountain inn is right around the corner from the venue. It features an outdoor pool and hot tub and gorgeous views. There will be a shuttle to transport guests between the inn and venue on wedding day.

Highland Manor Inn & Conference Center

These cabins are right next door to the venue. If you rent one, you are able to walk right next door to the ceremony and walk home at the end of the night!
