When do we book our hotel or Airbnb?
Please book your stay as soon as you can! This is the busiest time of the year. Thank you!
We recommend booking your hotel or Airbnb from Friday, July 17th-Sunday, July 19th, requesting early check in on Friday, if offered. We would love for you to enjoy the whole weekend in "vacation land."
If you would like to check in Thursday, July 16th, please do! We will be inviting guests to join us at Twin Oast Brewing after our rehearsal dinner.

Where do we park or get dropped off?
Driving:
Ample free parking is available at the venue. Please park at the pickleball courts, where a shuttle service will transport you to the entrance.
Getting Dropped Off:
If arriving by taxi or Uber, please have your driver drop you off directly in front of the venue. Follow the road all the way to the back to reach the drop-off area.
