Can I bring my children?
Kids are allowed at the wedding and a babysitter will be watching any young children in a private room during the welcome dinner and the entirety of the wedding (ceremony,-end).
When considering bringing kids, beware! There will be an open bar and explicit music as the night goes on.
When is the RSVP deadline?
April 1st, 2026. The final head count will be submitted to all vendors a few days after.
Do I have to mail back an RSVP or can I RSVP online?
You can RSVP on this website in the page called RSVP! You can also come back here at any time and update your RSVP response for you and your party.
Where is the ceremony? Reception?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Flourtown Country Club.
The ceremony will be held in the garden, with a greeter available to guide guests from the parking lot to the location.
The cocktail hour will follow just a short walk away on the deck.
The reception will take place inside the main ballroom with access to the bar area and a tented stone veranda patio. All listed areas will be accessible for guests to explore throughout the event.
What are the entree options?
There will be three entree choices:
Tuscan Lemon Chicken which has artichokes, spinach, cherry tomatoes, capers and is paired with a seasonal starch and vegetable
Achiote Roasted Salmon with papaya, grilled pineapple, baby squash and paired with a seasonal starch and vegetable
Lemon Farfalle with a lemony cream sauce, garlic, shallots, asparagus, peas and is paired with a seasonal starch and vegetable
What options are there for drinks?
Open bar, yay! During the cocktail hour, there will be a satellite bar outside with beer, wine, and our signature cocktails. There will be an indoor open bar during the reception with premium liquors. Mocktails, sodas, and juices will be available as well.
What should I wear?
The page Vibes and Attire has more details on suggested outfits. The wedding will be in a garden and ballroom. The attire theme is ~Floral Frenzy~. Outfits consist of slacks, collared shirts, ties, and suit jackets. Floral ties and prints are encouraged! Also, light and bright formal dresses with sandals and heels are welcome. No jeans, cargo pants, flannels, or white dresses please!
What will the weather be like?
The venue will be in southeastern Pennsylvania in late May 2026. Here, weather is around 70-90 during the day and 60-80 at night.
What time should we arrive?
Official seating for the ceremony will start 15 minutes before the start time. Once the ceremony starts, late guests will be held at the entrance until an appropriate time in the ceremony.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
During the ceremony, our officiant will invite everyone to participate in a special photo opportunity. Apart from that, we kindly request that guests refrain from using their phones while the ceremony is happening. There will be photos and videos taken of the ceremony crowd, and we would love to see your beautiful faces in these shots, rather than your phone.
Can I post on social media?
Please do! Feel free to share any and all pictures you take of the day. No need to wait for the bride/groom to post!
What happens between the ceremony and reception?
Between the ceremony and reception, we'll be hosting a cocktail hour where you can enjoy drinks from an open bar along with some delicious appetizers. There will be three styled antipasti stations and several butlered hors d'oeuvres.
I have dietary restrictions, will there be food for me?
Certainly! We've included a section in the RSVP form where you can let us know about any dietary restrictions you have. If we need any further clarification, we'll be sure to get in touch with you directly! There will be a vegetarian option on the menu.
