In 2017, Kaylie & Thomas met while working together at Fareway, a small grocery store. Kaylie worked as a cashier and Thomas worked in the meat department. One day, Thomas went through Kaylie's line to buy a snack and he told her he had a question for her when she was off and to come find him. After her shift, Kaylie walked to the meat department to find Thomas. She found him and said, "So, you have a question to ask me?" and his response was "Oh, I didn't think you were going to remember, but can I have your number?" After that day, Thomas and Kaylie talked all day long, every single day (except when sleeping, of course). The relationship blossomed from just friends to dating in 2 months.

In 2019, Thomas proposed to Kaylie on Christmas Day surrounded by family members. It was a magical day for both of them.

Since they have been together, they have gone on many adventures, trips, and vacations. They have gone to Colorado, South Carolina, Indiana, Louisiana, Georgia, Iowa, California, and Mexico. They have experienced Concerts, an Indy Car Race, an NFL Football Game (Go Colts!), the mountains, long road trips, flights, new food, new sights, built Lego's and so much more together.

Both Kaylie and Thomas are excited for their new journey in marriage and are hopeful for the many more new adventures that they will get to experience together.
