There are two major airports that are convenient for reaching Key Largo: Miami International Airport (MIA) – About 1 hour and 15 minutes from Key Largo Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) – About 2 hours from Key Largo Once you land, you’ll need to rent a car or arrange transportation to Key Largo — it's a beautiful drive along US-1 through the Florida Keys!
