Ceremony and Reception

5:00 PM - Ceremony Set To Begin!

An announcement will be made about 15 minutes before the ceremony to find a seat and get ready for the ceremony to begin.&nbsp; Ushers will assist anyone who needs help getting down the stairs and to a seat.

5:30 PM - Cocktail Hour Begins!

When the ceremony concludes and we begin to take family photos,&nbsp;make your way to the reception area for a snack or a drink from the bar.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Some seating will be assigned, so after the ceremony just look for an Usher or helper with a clipboard and they will help you find your seating area.

6:15 PM (Or Earlier) - The Reception Will Begin After Family Photos!

Once the family photo-op is complete, the reception is set to begin!

Don't worry, we will be sure to make our rounds to each table to thank you for attending and take photos with you too!

8:30 PM - Sparkler Photo!

We won't be doing an exit but would love to have a photo done with sparklers, so around 8:30 PM we will have the last formal event of the evening.

Don't worry though, we have the venue until midnight so everyone can continue to visit, dance, and have fun!
