When should I RSVP by?
We orginally had asked for RSVPs to be submitted no later than March 7th.
Due to the inclement weather in January/February delaying the delivery of our invitations, we now kindly ask that you RSVP no later than March 13th! After this date we will sadly have to assume you will not be joining us.
Can I bring a plus-one?
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
Can I bring my children?
We love all your little ones; however, if their name was not addressed on the invitation, we ask that you do not bring them. We want our wedding to be a night off for you to let loose and have fun with us!
Can I take pictures?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The best gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
What should I wear?
We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail/semi-formal attire for our wedding. For the gals, think midi/maxi dresses, a skirt and blouse, or a nice pantsuit. For the guys, think suit and tie or a nice dress shirt with dress pants. Please no jeans, t-shirts, flip flops, or white clothing.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities!
Is there a hotel block?
Yes! We have reserved rooms for our guests at The Trail Hotel, only a short six minute drive from the venue. You can book with our special rate using the link on the "Travel" page.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be outdoors under the rotunda, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place in the ballroom and adjoining veranda. Guests will walk to/from the rotunda on paved pathways.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly (:
