What date should I RSVP by?
We are asking that all RSVPs are returned by August 31st. You can send them electronically or send the RSVP card back to us in the mail.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors. However, in the case of inclement weather, all will be held indoors.
What should I wear?
The "dress code" for our wedding is dressy-casual. We ask that you look nice but suits are not necessary. Some examples (but not limited to) are nice jeans and a button down shirt for men and casual dresses or nice pants and a blouse for women. We want you to be comfortable at our wedding!
Is there anything I should avoid wearing?
Anything white or semi-close.
Will there be food, beverages, etc?
Yes! You will most certainly be fed and watered.
BYOB?
Unfortunately, our wedding is bring your own beverage when it comes to alcohol. We ask that everyone is safe and prepares a designated driver in advance, if they plan to drink.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is permitted outside after our ceremony. You may ONLY smoke cigarettes, vapes, and cigars.
Am I allowed to bring my kids?
ABSOLUTELY!! Our kids will also be in attendance (shocker, I know) and we plan to have different games and things for them to do.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We ask that you make that request beforehand and make sure it's okay. Then, add the individual to your RSVP. This was we can keep an accurate count on who will be in attendance so we can have plenty of food.
What time should I arrive?
You can arrive as early as 3:30pm but we ask that you refrain from arriving any earlier. The ceremony will begin at 4pm. We are asking that you be seated by 3:55pm and ready for the ceremony to start.
What time will the reception end?
The reception is over at 9pm. We have kids and Kaytlyn's a killjoy. (Venue rules)
Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?
There will be a short (30-45 minutes) time gap between the ceremony and the reception. After the ceremony, guests are encouraged to head into the barn while pictures are being taken. There will be appetizers and beverages available to snack on before the party returns and opens the buffet.
Am I allowed to take pictures?
Our ceremony is PHONE-FREE. This means we ask that you keep on silent and in your pocket or purse. Once the reception begins, you can take all the pictures you want!
