We were both just in high school when we first met through an old friend. Andrew moved away to British Colombia, for roughly 2 years. When he moved back to Ottawa, we started dating about 8 months later, on April 28th, 2016.

During the time leading up to April 28th(starting from the end of March 2016), we reconnected through the same old friend.

At first, we were good friends and would hang out fairly frequently, going to the beach, playing video games together, or hanging out with other mutual friends.

After about two weeks, it was pretty clear from both sides that we really liked each other, and enjoyed each other’s company.
We both agreed that things became more serious, and it then became official!

Ever since then, eight years ago, we still have the same love and adoration for one another. We still get tingly butterflies in our stomachs around each other, we always lift each other up and support one another. That special little spark, that twinkle between us, will never ever leave. It will only grow stronger. ❤️✨
