There is not a dress code, we want you to be comfortable! However, we do ask that you dress appropriately to let us shine on our day. The outdoor space is not covered and the sun may be out so dress accordingly.

YES! We will provide some beer & wine, and when that is gone it will be a cash bar. There will be non-alcoholic beverages provided as well.

Yes! If you are staying at the Springhill Suites there will be a shuttle service. SHUTTLE TIMES: Leaving from hotel going to the venue at 3:15pm 1st bus leaving the venue back to the hotel at 9:00pm 2nd bus leaving the venue back to the hotel at 11:00pm 3rd and FINAL bus leaving venue back to hotel at 1:00am

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm to be seated for the ceremony. If you arrive later than 3:30pm you will be asked to wait inside the venue to ensure no interruptions. If you are attending the dinner and reception only, please arrive no later than 5:30pm. If you are attending the dance only, please arrive no earlier than 7:00pm. There will be a shuttle service with the SpringHill Suites hotel.
