What is the dress code?

We would love our guests to dress up with us! Our dress code is garden formal (no jeans please!). Summer colours and florals are encouraged! Please note that our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, so for those guests interested in wearing heels we suggest a block heel or wedge to avoid sinking in the grass. There will be a firepit and outdoor bar as the evening progresses so you may want to bring a light jacket or shawl if you are someone that gets chilled easily.

When should we RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 25th, 2025. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate those guests who do not RSVP by that deadline. Those who have not RSVP'd by June 25 with be marked as "non-attending".

Where is everything happening?

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on-site at Cranberry Creek Gardens in Delhi, ON. We have arranged a shuttle from the Best Western Inn Little Simcoe to bring guests from the hotel to the venue for the ceremony start time and then back to the hotel again at the end of the night. Please note that due to the remote location of our venue, Uber is unavailable and taxi services will need to be arranged at least 48 hours in advance and typically are pricier than regular city taxis.

What is the easiest way to get to the venue?

If you are staying at the Best Western where our block of rooms have been booked, we have a free shuttle service that will depart the hotel at 4:00pm and bring you to the venue. Our shuttle will also bring guests home at the end of the night. It departs the venue at the end of the evening - 12:00pm - and returns you to the hotel! Our venue allows overnight parking until 10am the next day. Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Unfortuntely due to the capacity limits of our venue, only those guests specifically named on their invitations will be acommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Our venue has strict regulations on guests under the age of 19. Although we love your little ones dearly, unfortunately, no children other than those in the wedding party are permitted.

What food will be served at the wedding?

Our wedding will be catered by Devlin's Country Bistro. Our cocktail hour will have a variety of passed hors d'oeouvers. Salad - Devlin's Heritage Green Salad & Devlin's Classic Ceasar Salad served family style at your table Entree - Stuffed Chicken Supreme Sides - Garlic mash and roasted seasonal vegetables Vegan/Vegetarian Guests: Vegan Samosas Late night coffee + tea with our dessert table will be available as well as a fun late night food option from Andy's Food Truck.

What is the bar situation?

We want all of our guests to have a fantastic time! The event will be an open bar. The bar will be closed during dinner with wine on the tables. Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! There is no need to bring cash for tips as we are handling this ourselves.

Where is your wedding registry?

We are so grateful to have you celebrate with us! Your love and support mean the world, and we truly don’t need anything more. If you’d like to honour us with a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated as we plan our first adventure as newlyweds! Thank you for being part of our special day—we can't wait to celebrate with you!

What is the wedding day timeline?

Our timeline will be as follows: 4:00 - Shuttle departs hotel for venue 4:30- Ceremony starts 5:15-6:15 - Cocktail hour 6:30 - Dinner in the barn, dessert, first dances, and cake cutting 8:00 - outdoor bar opens + party moves to chapel 10:30 - late night 12:00 - end of night, shuttle departs venue for hotel

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We would love to have our day documented from the perspectives of our favourite people! However, we are having an unplugged ceremony and ask that our guests put their phones away to enjoy their experience and be present with us while we make our vows. During our reception, however, we would LOVE to see all of your amazing photos and videos! Look out for the QR codes around the venue and at your tables to upload your photos to a shared app so that we can delight in all of your amazing photos and videos.
