Coffee Ideas

Elegy coffee has the best coffee in the city, hands down.

The Well Coffeehouse - yummy coffee and eats; K recommends the 1 and 1 (espresso and pour over)

Forevermore Coffee - delicious mochas, a photo booth to take pictures, and cool gently used clothes/ nic-knacks to purchase!

Crema coffee roasters - Keawa loves their coffee and Liz loves their gluten-free desserts next to the register

Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea - K likes the Vietnamese coffee

All People Coffee and Beverage Hall - the best gluten FULL bagels in Nashville

Parlor Doughnuts - yummy cro-nuts (croissant donuts)

Brunch Ideas

Buttermilk Ranch - Amazing food, K loves the cube Benny. Liz loves the gluten-free focaccia. The owner has celiac so is extremely accommodating and has her own kids' cookbook for children with food sensitivities! Ask her for an autographed copy.

Stay Golden - The best gluten-free breakfast sandwich biscuits. We eat here almost every other day!

Kitchen Notes - Amazing breakfast buffet with many gluten-free options. Dress a little nicer and prepare to sink into comfy seats. They are off to the right of the hotel lobby. Parking can be challenging, we recommend valet.

Eggdrip - Located in Bongos coffee downtown; the BEST Korean egg sandwiches. Drooling just thinking about it…

Biscuit Love - Very popular, well known for their biscuits and cinnamon rolls. Liz likes to get the shrimp and grits.

Proper Bagel - Dozens of bagel types and dozens of incredible shmears. Prepare to wait, but it's worth the wait.

Lunch and Dinner Ideas

Baja Burrito - the best Mexican food in Tennessee. They have the best queso Liz has ever tried. Many gluten-free options.

Mangia Nashville - Only open on the weekend, they have a 10-course meal service with entertainment. The Italian food is delicious and they are accommodating of gluten and dairy sensitivities.

Two Hands - the mascarpone whipped banana bread is heavenly.

The Grilled Cheeserie - incredible grilled cheese and milkshakes. Dairy-free milkshake options too. Liz LOVES the tomato soup and the peanut butter milkshake.

Sunflower Bakehouse - everything is vegan, and many things are gluten-free. We love the chocolate chip cookies.
