Time: Ceremony begins at 3:30 p.m.

Please arrive 30-15 minutes before the ceremony begins to find your seats. Guests who arrive at 3:25 p.m. or later will be asked to wait outside until the ceremony has concluded.

Duration: Ceremony will conclude at 4:15 p.m.

During the ceremony we ask that guests be unplugged from mobile devices and refrain from taking pictures.

There will be a cash bar available for guests to purchase drinks along with water, tea and lemonade as self-serve options.

The reception will begin immediately following cocktail hour.

Duration: The reception will conclude at 11 p.m.

Guests may stay no later than 11 p.m. and cars must not be left in the parking lot overnight so plan accordingly! When you decide to head home for the night, we politely ask you not to pull the bride and groom aside to say your goodbyes. Instead, send them a quick message from your mobile device to avoid the newlyweds getting pulled away all night.

Time: 5:30 p.m.

Dinner will start after the bride and groom make their entrances.

Food: Street Tacos

Meat options: chicken, pork, and steak.

Sides: Rice, beans, chips, salsa, and guacamole.

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions ahead of time.

Served: Buffett Style

Guests will be released one table at a time to go up and get your food.

Time: 7 p.m.

The bride and groom will cut their cake immediately following toasts.

Cupcakes: Red velvet, French Toast, Honey Lavender, Turtle, and White Chocolate will be available for guests.

Time: 7:15 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

The dance floor will open to guests after the bride and grooms first dance, dad and daughter dance, and the mother and son dance.

No outside alcohol: The bride and groom will be fined, and you will be asked to leave immediately.

Do not destroy the property or the decorations: The bride and groom will be fined and will have to replace the damages.

No fighting, arguing or disruptions of any kind: An officer is stationed at the venue, and you will be escorted out.

Do no leave your belongings or car at the venue: Your car will be towed at your expense and the bride and groom will not be keep track of your belongings for you to receive later.

No smoking unless in a designated smoking area: There are designated smoking areas at the venue, please utilize them. Do not leave your buds on the ground for others to pick up. The staff at the venue work hard to keep the area clean so please keep it that way.
