For those staying at the Pelican Grand, there will be no need to arrange transportation to the wedding. The ceremony is located on the 11th floor on the Oceanview Terrace. If you are local, or staying at an offsite location, please advise there is extremely limited parking and valet space, and the venue requests guests to Uber or Taxi if possible.
The Ceremony will begin at 10am sharp on Saturday morning, please plan to arrive by 9:30am to allow ample time to find your seat and get comfortable. We request all guests be seated and ready for bridal party entrances by 9:50am. Coffee will be provided on the rooftop terrace to enjoy and bring to your seat as you arrive.
Reception brunch will begin immediately following the ceremony in the Oceanview Ballroom. This is located down one small flight of stairs directly below the terrace, across from the elevators. There will also be signs to follow.
The ceremony location is on an open rooftop terrace, so please advise you will be outdoors for approximately thirty minutes during the ceremony, however neither location will require walking in the sand or on the beach.
The after party is located at Masa & More, please join us from 4:00-8:00PM. Beer, wine, soft drinks and food will be provided!
