Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
If weather permits, the ceremony will be outdoors followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors. Please note that the ceremony will take place on grass, so choose your footwear accordingly!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. If you are driving to the venue, please plan to arrive no later than 4:00pm. Providing you with plenty of time to use the restroom and choose your seat before the ceremony begins.
Will there be a shuttle?
Yes! There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony which will leave promptly at 3:30. After the reception, the shuttle will bring guests to the hotel for the after party.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your children as much as we love all of you, unfortunately space is limited so this is an adult only event with the exception of the children specifically named on the invitation.
Can I bring a date?
This is a special venue and setup, so space is limited to those names specifically identified on your invitation. This is the most special day of our lives, so we want to be able to focus on celebrating with those of you we are closest to!
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Please dress in traditional cocktail attire - either short or long dresses are welcome for women and suit and tie for men. We highly recommend that women wear flats, sandals, wedges, or block heels instead of heels with a thin stiletto as our ceremony will be on grass.
Are all events at the same location?
Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all being held at the venue! After party will be held at the hotel!
