Keith and Kayla met in June 2021 while Kayla was staying in Dallas for a summer internship. They matched on Hinge and Keith asked Kayla to meet her for dinner and margaritas at Las Palmas in Uptown Saturday night. They sat at the bar and talked for hours. The first date went so well, Keith asked Kayla out again the very next day. Keith brought his puppy, Oliver, to help show Kayla around the bars in Lower Greenville for a Sunday Funday date! They spent as much time together as they could for the 8 weeks Kayla was in Dallas.

Over the next year, their love grew stronger during the long distance relationship. They FaceTimed every night and traveled as many weekends as possible to spend time together. They flew between Dallas, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Virginia, enjoying time exploring new places. After graduation, Kayla was able to move to Dallas to live with Keith and Oliver.

They enjoy spending time together traveling, working out, playing golf, trying new restaurants, and hanging out by the pool. In September 2023, they rescued their puppy, Daisy. Daisy and Oliver quickly became best friends. They enjoy daily family walks around the neighborhood and couch snuggles.

Keith proposed to Kayla on December 17, 2023 at Vitruvian Park under the most magical Christmas tree lights. Keith’s best friend, Conner, and his fiancé, Tori, were with them to capture the special moment. Keith and Kayla continued the celebrations with family and friends over the holidays.
